What the hell, why is an active football player doing interviews with other players ? Anyway, what a brilliant idea and outcome! It´s just different talking to one of the best defenders in the world who´s still playing rather than sitting down with a random journalist who might know something about football but has never experienced it at this level and is a theorist. Here you can see Lewy opened up and had a genuine conversation with Pique. I can see all the journalists watching this and thinking damn, I´ll never be able to do such a fantastic interview :D

JAN III SOBIESKI I presume he means ‘hold up-play’, when you’re back is turned to the oppositions goal and you keep the ball in your feet, using strength, to shield the ball from a defender and lay the ball off to another attacker who is running near. Usually occurs on a counter attack when the striker is far forward.

For all the people, who are talking about how Lewandowski is speaking - he is Polish, he plays in German clubs ( Bayern, BVB before) , so he does not speak in english ( at least not so much as in german or polish) , so do not blame him... I speak in 4 languages, but not everybody can do that well, and he is trying at least ;) other players would say, that they need translator or smthng

No worries. It's always the same thing. People laughing at people because they can't speak as a native person. Wtf!! It's obvious!! You must live a lot of time to talk as a native or just a gift for do it. Anyway, the funniest thing it's that those ones that are laughing, won't speak as well as they complaint about...

Jak najbardziej da się zrozumieć Roberta, chciałbym posłuchać tu tych krytyków, co mu zarzucają jego braki itp. Niemiecki jest jego drugim językiem, zaś angielski zapewne trzecim. Poprawne używanie czasów to kilka lat praktyki, ważne, żeby przekazać to co się chce i tutaj to się udało. Nie każdy jest alfą i omegą. Ważne, żeby się nie bać mówić w obcym języku.
