Ian th3_r0ck3r born in England in 1976. I witnessed all of this, the birth of hip hop, rap, grunge, acid house, techno, drum and bass etc etc. The UK was an amazing place to grow up during the 80's and 90's.

It was an incredible industry back then with memorable stadium performances and great live bands. Rock, Jazz, Soul, New Romanticism, Funk, Progressive etc. And the Sixties belonged to Britain: www.rollingstone.com/music/news/the-british-invasion-from-the-beatles-to-the-stones-the-sixties-belonged-to-britain-19880714. RIP the British music industry, bollocks to Mr Cowell.

Ian th3_r0ck3r Ian, I'm the same person who replied to an earlier comment of yours above and once again you've nailed it with this comment of yours here. I live in Boston am 64 and began listening EARNESTLY to Rock 'n Roll when I was four in 1956 and the EARLY Elvis turned the world upside down with his records. Then in 1964 my very first Concert was The Beatles at the Old Boston Garden just 2 streets over from where I lived. After THAT there was no stopping me. Bought my first Guitar with my own money from a part-time job I had and pretty much saw all the Great Brit's, Stones, Zep, Humble Pie, Faces, Cream, the ORIGINAL Fleetwood Mac with Peter Green, etc, etc. Still have NOT stopped and have NO plans on doing so !!! My Band's last Gig was with a virtually unknown California Band back in 1978, Van Halen. Right now I'm trying this to you on my lousy Smart Phone in the Music Room of my house where I have 18 of my 27 Guitars and four Amps surrounding me as I CAN and still do lay down Tracks for mixing into other Tracks from the many other great Musician Friends I am SO fortunate to have. Whatever comes our way KEEP ROCKING !!! VERY Nice 'talking' with you !!!
