Incredible arrangement. Robert Plant, other than being a great musician himself, throughout his career has always had the fine skill of picking great musicians to keep his music in constant evolution and discovery. He could live 1000 years and never repeat himself. He is never old. A living lesson for new generations.

@@lindaslattery8341 Hi 👋 My first thought is if you really know this band and the best lead singer ever.... then you know they were non-conformists. They rarely gave interviews or did the regular route of album and concert promotion, primarily because they didn't have to. It's clear they had immense respect for and a keen understanding of their fan-base. That being said, I don't find it 100% out of the odds that this could be Robert Plant saying hi to a fan. Stranger things have been known to happen.... remember Motley Cruë, they partied with their fans after concerts... If however you know something that I don't know about this account then report it. In the meantime I'll happily go thru my day (which happens to be a Monday 😲) thinking the incomparable Mr. Robert Plant said Hi to me 😊 👍

Eerie, dark, haunting and filled with foreboding--this has now become my favorite of Robert's solo reworking of Zep songs. Alison playing a bit of Friends (a song I've always felt was oddly ominous) was the perfect inclusion to this excellent rendition of When The Levee Breaks. Robert's voice is still magnificent and strong and Alison Krauss and the band are outstanding. I will always love Zep's unsettling, brilliant version of Levee but Robert and Alison have done an amazing job with it here as well.

2 points I would like to add. The first, in my humble opinion, as rock stars age, so must their style reflect the maturity of their craft and years. Plant has done this so well throughout his career. He always nods to his first successes as a musician with Led Zep but has always allowed room for growth with time passing. A true musical icon. There will be a rip in the fabric of the universe when he passes through beyond this material plane. Second, Alison Krauss needs to be raised up in her own right. She is an amazing vocalist and musician. I have followed her since her beginnings in Union Station. A voice that leaves you breathless. My heart always flutters a little when I see her, and it pounds when I hear her sing. The joining of the two was absolute genius. I love everything they have done together.

This is my fifth time watching this in the last 24 hours. Incredible. Just. Wow.

Evocative, haunting; an awesome imagining of the near 100 year old classic set to neo-celtic melodies. Still, I had a hard time getting Bonham out of my head hammering the drums of Valhalla to the original Zeppelin rendition. Great work by Krauss, Plant and those who composed this amazing interpretation.
