In his first year with the Jets, the Jets went 7-10 I believe and what has everyone saying at the time. They was saying if the Jets had a quarterback better than Zach Wilson or just a Hall of Fame quarterback way from the Jets really good, the Jets would be making the playoffs and would be Super Bowl contenders. That was everyone was saying at that time so the Jets traded for Aaron Rodgers and everyone was like, okay the Jets have a Hall of Fame quarterback in Aaron Rodgers, the Jets are gonna make the playoffs and they could be Super Bowl contenders and then last year, Week 1, only 4 plays in, Aaron Rodgers tears his Achilles and it went from the Jets are gonna make the playoffs and be Super Bowl contenders to like damn we're back to square one with freaking Zach Wilson at quarterback and the Jets had no chance in making the playoffs with Zach Wilson and then coming to this season, Aaron Rodgers knew he missed the whole season last year and instead of building that chemistry the players, he didn't show up for mandatory camp, mini camp, OTAs, or any other offseson activity and didn't play in the preseason. So basically Robert Saleh only had Aaron Rodgers for only 5 games and he gets fired and all the blame goes to him. Hell nah, Aaron Rodgers got him fired and besides, how does Robert Saleh getting fired fix the offense. I mean if there's anyone that should had been fired, it should had been Nathaniel Hackett for hos terrible play calling and he's only there because Aaron Rodgers brought him over just like how Nathaniel Hackett got the head coach for the Broncos a couple of years ago because of Aaron Rodgers. Jet's first five game point total; 93 points. Exactly the same amount as last years' QB Wilson's total. No improvement. Rodgers averaging 6 yards per attempt. Lazard leads all receivers in drops. It is the offense not the defense. Good news. AFC East is terrible. All teams making live game management mistakes causing losses. Hacketts offense right now is basically a bad copy of the Packers offense that Rodgers ran in Green Bay. It has no imagination to it, no effective run game, and a 40 year old QB who's one hit away from getting knocked out for the season. Bringing in Adams wont help at all. Either Hackett starts coming up with better gameplans, or the Jets are done for '24 and Woody Johnson gets rid of everyone.

Saleh never looked the same after Aaron got hurt last year. His demeanor on the sidelines was not good. He didn’t have the spark in his eyes and the passion he used to. Media and people will blame Rodgers, but no one has that kind of pull to say fire the head coach except the owner. Rodgers isn’t dumb, he knows this would get blamed on him. Woody saw the same demeanor I saw and others saw out of Saleh on the sideline and he looked like a defeated man.

In his first year with the Jets, the Jets went 7-10 I believe and what has everyone saying at the time. That was everyone was saying at that time so the Jets traded for Aaron Rodgers and everyone was like, okay the Jets have a Hall of Fame quarterback in Aaron Rodgers, the Jets are gonna make the playoffs and they could be Super Bowl contenders and then last year, Week 1, only 4 plays in, Aaron Rodgers tears his Achilles and it went from the Jets are gonna make the playoffs and be Super Bowl contenders to like damn we're back to square one with freaking Zach Wilson at quarterback and the Jets had no chance in making the playoffs with Zach Wilson and then coming to this season, Aaron Rodgers knew he missed the whole season last year and instead of building that chemistry the players, he didn't show up for mandatory camp, mini camp, OTAs, or any other offseson activity and didn't play in the preseason. So basically Robert Saleh only had Aaron Rodgers for only 5 games and he gets fired and all the blame goes to him. Hell nah, Aaron Rodgers got him fired and besides, how does Robert Saleh getting fired fix the offense. I mean if there's anyone that should had been fired, it should had been Nathaniel Hackett for hos terrible play calling and he's only there because Aaron Rodgers brought him over just like how Nathaniel Hackett got the head coach for the Broncos a couple of years ago because of Aaron Rodgers. Let's not pretend Saleh was a good HC or had a good tenure with the Jets. Firing him MAYBE solves a few issues like lack of accountability and no gameplanning, but this should've been done either before this season or after. Firing an HC creates more issues as well, which are only then exacerbated when its done midseason. But my main issue is that the things he is at fault for are SO far down the list of priorities, and not all problems are solved by firing people (except for Hackett he needs to go). Also when has letting one player have this level of influence ever worked out
