Perhaps it would seem ironic to say that Robert Smigel is a class act, given his popularity as his Triumph character, but I do think that he is a class act. He makes it crystal clear that it's all in good fun and is not out to hurt anyone or any group in particular, just trying to get everyone to laugh, that is when he is using Triumph. Throughout this interview he seems very reasonable, bereft of any sort of agenda, and (certainly not least) absolutely a genius comic.

Very few attractive comedians. Good looking guys don't need to hone their sense of humour to get girls. I’m a Triumph fan, but I stopped this video half way through when it seems the host was steering the conversation towards wanting to diss conservatives. I think most liberal democrats don’t realize how petty they look when all they can think of as a criticism of Trump is his appearance and his style of speaking. I think they prefer to be manipulated by an articulate, smooth talking BS-er who doesn’t keep his campaign promises. Moreover, a leader that follows his own agenda and doesn’t listen to his military, economic or foreign policy advisors. Trump brought peace to the Middle East, got rid of the Iran nuclear deal, got N Korea to stop testing missiles and Obama gets the Nobel peace prize. Okay he probably shouldn’t have paid off the hooker, since it put our country in jeopardy of nuclear war.
