The only album that I've literally cried with joy upon hearing and also shed tears of yearning , loss and nostalgia.

Robert Smith has been such an enigma for so many years, it’s amazing to see in these recent interviews how normal and open he is.

I'm loving seeing Robert so comfortable and seeming to enjoy recent interviews. He's turned into a great interviewee. Tim just sort of prods Rob on a topic and off he goes. It's great! I really hope Rick Beato somehow snags an interview at some point.

I love how Robert constantly self-reflects on what he's saying, but not in a "I'm managing my image/PR" kind of way, but because he expects that whoever's he's talking to will call him out for bullshitting! Very unusual for somebody who's spent decades in the limelight to be so grounded.

I absolutely love the new album. ❤ I'm almost 50 years old now and I have been a fan of the band since my early teens, and it makes me so glad to see The Cure publishing a new album again, and still more to come. I love how the band has changed and grown as the members themselves change along the years (we all change, though in some way stay the same). The new songs are beautiful. They are full of depth, with the unavoidable issue of death (it comes to us all). I'm so sorry Robert lost his brother and parents. 😢 "I Can Never Say Goodbye" is so sad and beautiful. Wonderful album. Hopefully the band will come once again to Finland in the future.

I love that a band as seasoned as the cure are still having funny issues like a guitar strap slipping which you’d think would happen to a band just starting out. They are so good live.love them.

As a fellow Gen X who was a bit too young to appreciate the Cure, I agree that this album is a masterpiece. They won me over to the point where I need to listen to their catalog with fresh ears.

Some people choose to accept their age. Coloring your hair is so fake. It's like not being to accept reality. Plus, on older people it looks ridiculous. It fools no one.

Not a fan, never will be, and confused why he is still dressing up like that. At some point don't you just grow up / develope / change? I don't dress like I did in the 90's lol But I get why some people do like the cure, they aren't terrible, just not my cup of tea.
@Voiceguy66Күн бұрын
The Cure is more than a band. It's more of a lifestyle/movement. I wouldn't call them "Goth", but there is a hint of that. Robert's look is an escape from every day normality.

Why do people feel it is neccessary to voice their opinions on everything. If you don't like him or his band, move on, don't watch. He's an artist. It's his choice to look how he wants to look. I'm sure that there are people who don't find you interesting or worth knowing. Relax, enjoy your life. Live and let live.
@EC_ATV_OutdoorsКүн бұрын
@gustavogonzalez8303 why do people find it necessary to complain about other People's opinions. I can comment on anything I want, it's called freedom of speech. Don't like it, don't read it and don't comment.

He is iconic…all you need to see is a silhouette of his hair and you know who it is. That is infamous and an icon in the music industry.
