Us MMA fans should all be grateful that we have a champ like Volk. He stays active, he's explosive, puts on incredible performances and he's great guy.

Yeah, I was thinking about it yesterday. To me, I always, always found the first fight a close but decisive win for Volk. There wasn't any question he won in my eyes. The 2nd fight I felt Max took it but it was closer than the first, although I would definitely stand by my opinion Max won. And then Volk dominated the 3rd and left no question.

Volk & Whittaker are two really down to earth Geezers, I didn’t really pay to much attention to Volk, so I watched a few interviews and once you get to know what he’s about he’s 100% one of the best to do it at the moment ....Definitely gonna be a contender for Goat status his attacking style is so precise he didn’t have a mark on him against Max & I love Max but Volk just separated himself from that whole division.....Nodoby beats him in a long time 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

It bugs me that people still think Max won the second fight. Max won the first two rounds very dominantly so the memory of that carried into the third round which was very close but in that round Volk landed more volume and the heavier strikes.
