No one remembers any of the times she pulled him from the fire. No one remembers her loving and protecting him, even when she could have leveraged her knowledge of his misdeeds against him the way everyone else he worked with did for their own benefit. They don't remember that he left her to be fired by Jessica instead of having the courtesy to do it himself, or tried to backhandedly move her to another job to salvage his relationship with the ever-more insecure Paula. Daniel Hardman is a criminal but is not like a "Forstman" level criminal. He made some mistakes yes but if you are kind to him, he does answer back. Jessica Pearson and Harvey Specter have targeted him from the moment he became the first Managing Partner. And yes he does not know social skills but his ambitions arguably are the same with Pearson and Harvey. The latter were just shadier than him.
@avinwijayaweera82232 жыл бұрын
That’s an unfair portrayal of Jessica. There’s nothing to indicate she didn’t care for Daniel, and she didn’t rat him out when she found out he was embezzling because she thought he was trying to pay for his wife’s treatment. It was only when she found out it was to pay for his mistress that she allowed Harvey to make his move. I’d agree that Harvey was out for Daniel.
@KneeJerkReactor2 жыл бұрын
@@avinwijayaweera8223 I did not say she hated him. What I said was she targeted him. Big difference. In an office setting, you can love a co-worker but still target her. Jessica Pearson was an ambitious, empowered and Independent Lawyer. She said so herself when she promoted Mike as Junior Partner all the things she needed to do "to get a view like that". AND she told Harvey when it was about to beat Mike as an Investment banker that "Not everyone likes the taste of blood". CLEARLY, she indicated that she was part of the majority.
