I can guarantee you that somebody like Kool Herc or Tom Moulton would never make a mistake like that. So the dance music people want to know why they lost their audience to hip-hop and R&B.

@@rickjason1786 I had to laugh at that.....It wasn't a mistake, it was a choice by the mixer; Also Kool Herc aka Clive Campbell didn't do studio remixes, and Tom MIGHT have done the same thing only to feature the artist Roberta.......MAYBE Stevie's vocal was not on the multi-track that Mike Maurro was given.....Nicolas Laugier aka Reflex Revision came out with a STEVIE ONLY version of the song....very nice also....it's somewhere on KZbin
