as someone who isnt fat, but certainly isnt skinny, my core was fine for the first excersise but the rest i felt like dying. this was the first day ive done this and i hope i can see a difference soon. i understand that it will take some time but reading up on the comments has made me feel as if i can rely on this workout. i do hope i can be atleast a little bit slimmer for holiday, i will be so happy. if youre someone that has a weak core, prepare to cry.

good luck and keep working, adding in some exercises focusing on you thighs and quads might also help you with these exercises and give you a more noticeable hour glass figure

This is my first day and i feel great I had some struggles doing the workouts but I pushed right through them I feel that if I continue doing this I will really start to see a difference I am so glad I came past this video

This one HURTS but in a good way 👍🏻 great work out of the toughest core exercises, deff warm up before and stretch after so you don’t harm your body.

I wanted to glow up before school and have been doing some of these workouts everyday (meaning multiple videos everyday from robertas gym) for 3 weeks and have lost 4.5kg (9.9lbs) definitely recommend for the start of your workout life! :)

Doing this work out for a week😄 Waist 26.5 weight 123 lbs Day 1✅: it didnt burn that much no changes but that was expected! Day 2:✅ i felt pretty sore but felt great after the workout! Day 3:✅ Day 4:✅ Day 5: ✅ Day 6:✅ Day 7:

Hey guys I’ve been doing this for 8 days and wow I mean I lost so much tummy fat I used to look pregnant but it was just fat it kind of looked like a small watermelon like those tiny ones and if you want to loose weight before school like I am I really really recommend this I hope you read this because I’m a teen girl and I know we all need motivation! So this does really work not a lie :) Edit: it’s been over a month and I love this exercise

It works guys I swear like I started this last summer for like 30 days before my trip I saw a huge difference like my belly became flat i used to have a big fatty belly and I got it back so I will do this work out again ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Doing this for a month! Begins: (January 15) Ends: (February 15) Let’s see the changes ❤ Day 1: Challenge 1: passed. felt it in my lower back, in my glutes ^^ challenge 2: felt it in my knees/legs, felt really good, and got my blood moving. Challenge 3: Felt it in my back again. Probably one of the easiest ones. Challenge 4: Legs kept lifting up off the ground and I kept slamming myself onto the ground. 😢 didn’t feel much. Challenge 5: tight legs. Really starting to burn. 🔥 challenge 6: felt nice. No changes just yet, see you tomorrow! ✨ (Reminders deeply appreciated! I have bad memory 😅) Edit: school work has been getting to me a lot, and I’ve never had the chance to try this out but only three times. I’m planning on trying this again from the beginning of June to the end of school (23rd) wish me luck. ❤

I’ve been doing this workout everyday for a while now and when I breathe in or bend back or smth like that I see a line down my stomach which I’m quite proud of Although I’ve never had lower belly fat I personally believe that it is good for toning

Take it easy, Kelly:) It's normal to feel some tightness or soreness after working out, even during, but it will usually subside within a few days once you get used to it. But if it doesn't subside, take a rest until you feel better and come back when you're ready. Good luck!❤️💪

Doing this till spring break is over !! Day 1 ✔️ it was a little shaking when I did leg drops but everything hurts 😊 Day 2✔️ same as day one 😊 Day 3✔️ some got easy breaks t no changes 😊 Day 4 ❌ I did not do it because I was LAZY😢 Day 5 ✔️ I decided i needed to do it 2 times because I couldn’t see changes 😊 Day 6 : it did change a lil but still fat 😊😊

Doing this for one week 2wice aday Day 1- Yes! completed it was pretty easy! felt good Day 2- Completed felt the burnn!! btw i dont follow any diet..... Day 3 - couldn't do Day 4 - Couldn't do Day 5 - Did it Day 6 - did it Day 7- did it Day 8 did it Long time didnt update but the result is............. good i lost 1 kg in 1 week It depends body to body so if u dont get ur results dont get worried anyways not going to update again bye!

I've been doing this for 5 days except for yesterday, but i was out the whole day going on a zipline, went on a BMX bike and canoeing and zwam in lake, so yestderday i have burned like 1000 ckal i think but my weight now is 39,9kg and my start weight was 40,5kg. So i do recommend this workout with walking for 45-90 minutes and stay hydrated, i didn't really change my eating

Im new to exercising and this was pretty HARD MOSTLY for my neck 💀 Day 1 : pretty hard but the lady gave me lots of motivation 👏🏻 Day 2 : it was hard but easy? I found it kinda fast so i decided to do another workout Day 3 : was much easier i did it twice 🙌🏻 Day 4 : super easy but idk if its doing anything yet

Doing this every day for one week! btw im doing this along with 2 other exercises! Starting measurments- waist: 28 inch , weight: 49 kg PLS REMIND MEEE. LIKE SPAM ME IN THE REPLYS IF I MISS A DAY Day 1:✅ DAMN i felt that BURNN. My abs were HURTINGGG. obv no visible changes yet! Day 2:✅so sore but did itt! My abs were hurtinnnn (especially the last exercise) Day 3: ✅ felt easier!! Going to continue this!

day 1:✅ did 2 sets and can definitely feel the burn day 2:✅ did 2 sets again, a bit easier day 3:❌had a sleepover and was kind of busy day 4: day 5: day 6: day 7: remind me please!❤️❤️ i also dieted as doing this

I’m trying to do this once a day for maybe a month or two and it’s day 3 now! Its honestly gotten easier ( the first time I couldn’t finish all the exercises) and this time I could! I even had enough motivation to go on a walk today 😊 doing this makes me feel better and has just improved my mood these past days!

@@RobertasGym I've done this exercise last night and now ....that last two excercises are almost had me die .....lol I'm kidding my legs are lil heavy and my upper body is very thin so I find it lil hard to do...but still I'll try untill I get the results thanks ..😍😂😘

Okay,so i’ll try out this workout and I’m gonna update u so I could help someone Day 1-I totally felt the burn,it was not that hard to do,but it was very intense,of course it’s only day 1,but I can’t see a difference for now. Day 2-so again i felt the burn and it was a little bit more easier to do and i think i see a little result Day 3 -it didn’t hurt that much and it was way more easier to do!I think i can see a little bit more result than yesterday,it’s working

Day 1: ✅ Day 2: was getting easier Day 3:✅ Day 4: Holl body was felling sor Day 5:✅ Day 6: I codent bc i was on a School trip for 3 days After 3 days:did it 2 times 18 weeks later: I did it ewerryday for 18 weeks and i lost 16 pauns😭 (Dont mind me im only 11 so you will see alot of misspelt words and Donot corect me)

I will do the workout in the morning before school and drink water with me and do it in my free time too :) STARTING WAIST - 31 GOAL WAIST - 28 OR UNDER DAY 1 - my waist is currently at 31 still, thats ok tho cuz yk results take time!

guys the most difficult for me is leg drops and i’ve been struggling with it its the 5th day im doing this workout,and i didnt struggle AT ALL! my next goal is flutter kicks that is the hardest for now! i will update how it goes!!❤

doing this for a month along with another workout day 1: done day 2: done, really felt the burn this time😩 day 3:done day 4:done day 5:done day 6:done day 7:done day 8:done day 9: missed day 10: done day 11: done, not seeing a huge difference i feel like youre supposed to eat a lot healthier and cut back on carbs and sugar etc but i havent so i feel like thats why im barely seeing any progress day 12: done day 13: missed day 14: done day 15: done day 16: done day 17: done day 18: done day 19: missed day 20: done day 21: missed day 22: done

I m doing this 3 times a day for the past day. Now I know its too much. I can't move my stomach part coz of pain. I can't eat normally. But it has helped me to slim my fat. It hurts the belly but I like the pain

Hi, shanmugasundaramsemalai4203. The muscle soreness is normal as it is a sign that you're getting stronger, and is nothing to be alarmed about. Rest times are also vital in your workout. Rest between sets should allow enough recovery to start the next routine while maintaining you in a good form. On your next workout try to do warming up exercises first and let me know how it goes.
