One major con of uploading content from a mobile device is that many people have an issue that it actually caps the video quality to 720p and 30fps which often makes the content look bad and lose it's smoothness.

Nothing hugely major but I find KZbin is a slow burn when pushing out content, then they eventually “blow up”. my swipe ratio changed from 65% to 75% by removing all youtube video tags from shorts. It helped boost the video to new or maybe appropriate audience, maybe because I was overtargeting the same audience again and again. This lead the videos to have 2x more views on the daily, as this is a good metric to have.

Other KZbinrs have explained the process of uploading shorts in different ways. Some advise against using the "Create a Short" feature, they said don't or never use create a short option, while others suggest uploading as unlisted or private and then scheduling. Despite trying these methods numerous times, my shorts have never surpassed 4k views. Starting today, I'll give your approach a shot to see if there are better results. 👍
