Nuremberg Trial Day 56 (1946) Gen. Friedrich Paulus Testimony (PM)

On Feb. 11, 1946, Gen. Roman Rudenko, Chief Russian Prosecutor at the Nuremberg Trial, in a surprise, called General Friedrich Paulus as a witness. He testified that German had prepared it's "criminal attack" on Russia as far back as Sept. 3, 1940 thus violating the "Non-Aggression Pact." He implicated Hitler, Keitel, Jodl and Goering.
