I love seeing videos like this, it reminds me why I listen to this genre of music as the meaning of the lyrics is so deep but the music itself is so amazing. On a side note, I would enjoy a Lyric analysis of the band 'Wolves at the Gate', they have a new album Eclipse and the songs 'Drifter' or 'Voice in the Violence' would be wonderful to see what you have to think about their lyrics and musical sound. Keep up the hard work, amazing content and I will be praying for your family on this hard news.

I was 18 when I deployed and had this happen. I was 23 when I met Garrett and got to share my story. Instead of seeking counseling, I was afraid to admit that I had taken a life. I talked to Garrett as a mentor and friend, but he asked if he could write about my struggles because he felt it would reach people. If not for Garrett, I would still struggle to this day. I'm not proud of my actions overseas, but I'm glad I could assist those that are hurting with the same guilt and pain.
