Beautiful house. Great work. Can you make full review of all rooms like Enes Yilmazer? And you didn’t show appliances in the kitchen. Thank you

Great video! Do you happen to know the basement ceiling heights? Thanks!
@LiveInNewportBeachКүн бұрын
Hmmm? I don’t know for sure but I’m guessing about 10-12 ft.

36 million---wonderful house and very liveable ---It is a lot of house especially when you mentioned the "House Manager's" Suite---Live in help these days seems rare---Never the less it is expensive but very appealing house for sure and I am sure there is the right person to snap it up but at what price?
@LiveInNewportBeachКүн бұрын
The right persons offer was accepted last week. The final closing price will be public soon. Thx for watching and for commenting…appreciate you!

Amazing house everything is top notch priced a little high. Think it’s only worth 30-33 max

great tour amazing property. Even with permitting and building code restriction 7 years to build this home, what a waist of time
@LiveInNewportBeachКүн бұрын
Yeah 7 years is a long time, but the quality really shows! How fast should it have been?

Definitely designed for a Chinese buyer.

Chinese buyers make up a large pool of the buyers in Newport Coast so catering to them isn’t a bad idea! I appreciate your continued support and comments! Feng shui is important in OC

Nice house. Abit overpriced. The master closets are way too small. For a house that size, you can't skimp on the master suite
@LiveInNewportBeachКүн бұрын
I think that’s totally fair….for how big the home is, the closets could be bigger for sure! Thx for watching and commenting, what was your favorite part of the home?

I loved so much about the house, but if I had to choose one area I would say the home theater. It looks very cozy and spacious. Family movie night would be something to look forward to @@LiveInNewportBeach

My opinion. Outside is nice, inside is just another modern shoebox.

Front door entrance is totally underwhelming, not impressed with this property at all. This property is cold and sterile.

"It's very soft, it feels like you can live here and not feel like you're in a museum" Proceeds to show the rest of the house that literally looks like a cold, lifeless museum. How are the hosts of these mansion tours so hopelessly out of touch? This entire neighborhood is FULL of ego-fluffing monstrosities.
@LiveInNewportBeachКүн бұрын
lol, fair enough…this place is huge….14,000 feet, it’s hard not to give off that museum vibe but I’m sure once a new owner moves in and brings their own personality to it, it will be great. Really gotta be inside to understand how intimate the flow actually is. I get it tho.
