The DOJ just gave Biden a pass for giving China top secret documents that were a bigger threat to our national security by far than any documents Trump even had in his possession. Not to mention that most of those documents were from when Biden was a Senator and some from his VP. He definitely should not have had anything resembling a classified document. At least Trump was president and under the PRA he is the sole owner of those documents. He also decides what documents he returns and what documents he keeps as presidential records. That was already decided by the courts when Clinton kept classified documents in his sock drawer. Both Clinton and Biden gave their classified documents to writers so they could use them to write books about them. It’s already proven that the classified docs Trump had weren’t nuclear codes or anything of the sort. In fact they were actually mostly crossfire hurricane documents. Why would those be so important to the Democrats and the DOJ? Maybe because they prove corruption all the way to Obama? This case is way more important than Trump. It’s about the very framework of our separation of powers built into the government.

QUESTIONS: US President acting within being President: a. A terrorist is in a foreign city, and there are even American citizens in that foreign city, and the US President bombs that city to take out the terrorist, BUT many American citizens and Foreign citizens are no longer with the living. That would be okay? And sure, the foreign nation would most probably want to retaliate. But okay from the US President's perspective? b. Now another hypothetical: A terrorist is in a domestic US city filled with many American citizens, no other foreign citizens are in that city. The US President bombs that city to take out the terrorist but many American citizens are no longer with the living. That would be okay? Is there a magic number as to how many American citizens can be taken out so as to take out even a single terrorist? And even if there is, would it matter to a US President who was just 'acting within their job description' of taking out terrorists?
