This is the game that showed my little mind what games could be!

It's still a great game, one of the best movie-based licence games by far.

When i first played this game i was probably like 8ish seeing that overhead battle with 4 of us running around and swinging our little swords i thought that was the coolest thing ever.

A true RPG, one of the very best games on the NES.

I was very surprised to find a speedrun of this game. I rented this game sooooo many times when i was about 10. Love the game and i'm glad to see a speedrun of it. GG.

The furthest i ever made it was the "forrest battle" w/o using cheats. I was 10 btw.

Took me quite a while to get past the skeleton and Little John parts as well. English isn't my native language so I hardly had any idea what was happening in the game, and it can be pretty difficult at times.

This was actually really good for a movie game. My main issue with it was it was the excessive use of dark brown. EDIT: And having Duncan hold the druid dagger makes the game impossible to finish.

Hehe yeah, the brown is just a few shades lighter than what you would call shit brown ^^

Hehe i remember a friend of mine playing this ^^ I wasn't so much into it .... so many cheesy details ^^ And that last part, i remember my friend sarcastically telling me to look away because it was too pornographic xD

The ending is like kissing a deaf fish. Interesting game to say the least!

There's also inside the original instruction manual a "Locksley Shield" that I haven't found since 1991 that I have this game. Have you found it?

It's an item that was cut out for some reason. You can read more about it here: tcrf.net/Robin_Hood:_Prince_of_Thieves

what was the point of gold in this game???
@Slyse5 ай бұрын
The Weapons Master says his "fee is two hundred gold pieces", but I'm not sure if you have to pay him. Should try to see if you need to gather the 200 for him or not. You can also buy a Chest Key for 20 Gold from a woman in the village near the end, outside of that I don't think the gold has any use.
