Thank you for sharing I watched your story when my son was diagnosed with mds and as you might no when you look it up there isn't a lot to go on and it needed and still needs more awareness a lot of people aren't even aware of what it is! My sons only option was a bone marrow transplant and he made it threw it and he's almost a year out from transplant now. Thank you so much for bringing some awareness to mds because people need to no! And what to look out for it's not only people who had other cancers who get mds it's also children and adults who other wise were completely healthy who randomly get it. So much to educate people on!

My niece Katie was diagnosed with lymphoma at the age of 25 , she had a bone marrow transplant. But as time went by she developed chronic GVHD Graft versus host disease. She fought a good fight but sadly died at the age of 30. She was a nurse. I hope Robin and so many more people make it through a bone marrow transplant.🙏🏼

You are a strong inspiration of strength. I fought and won a battle of stage III breast cancer. I would not have been able to do it without a closely knit group of family and friends behind me. I made a sticker with the pink ribbon and a phrase that said "we did it". I couldn't take credit for all of it. So many were involved in seeing me to the finish line. July 27, 2012 I will be a one year survivor. God gets most of the credit.
