I completely believe it. If you listen to these lyrics, he's actually not really talking about his genuine feelings for her. Mostly, he's talking about how good it feels being wanted and admired by her. The only time he actually compliments her, its about her "shape and weight." But he never spends a moment talking about how she makes him feel. He keeps saying "tell me" this "tell me" that. The only time he says I love you is in the context of asking her how it feels. This whole song is just him going "PLEASE STROKE MY EGO I NEED IT!" Seems like the same fuckboy to me.

I told my husband at least once a week I don't need a man but I DO need my husband... We talked almost every night/morning between 12-2am... I had a friend who actually used to be a old college roommate... everyday when I get to work we would talk on the phone at my desk... I would say "I miss my husband" and she would say you miss your husband? I don't miss my husband or my kids when I am at work... I told her that "I cannot wait to get home to see them... I miss them from the moment I leave the house to the moment that I get home... She thought that was the weirdest thing because she enjoyed the break away from her husband and kids but loved them very much she said... I didn't completely understand it but to each their own...... Different strokes for different folks.... The best part of my day has always been their smile and kisses........
