Robin Williams was one of the 2009 Disney Legends to be inducted at the D23 Expo in Anaheim, Calif. on Sept. 10, 2009. This is his full introduction by Tom Bergeron and Bob Iger and his speech.

Tom Bergeron (first host) is from Haverhill Mass about 3 towns north of where I grew up, Danvers MA ~ Robin’s end still bothers me, we are the same age and he was extra brilliant never will actor or comedian be his equal.

Interesting how they didn't mention that they wrote in a contract that they would honor an agreement with Robin to not use his voice to sell Aladdin merchandise and then did it anyway, thus causing Robin to avoid Disney until the Aladdin director came to him and apologized while also giving Robin a painting. (They wanted Robin for Flubber.)
