That guy in the front got the chance of a lifetime to play with Robin Williams while he riffed off the audience and him. The adrenaline must have been something else. "Oh, now you're imitating me. SIT DOWN!" Damn it, I laughed so hard.

Imagine the level of confidence required to walk onto an empty stage in front of a huge crowd with only a vague idea of what you're going to do, but knowing it'll be great.

He was anyone and everyone; all at the same time....he put chameleons to shame! He was an entire orchestra in the symphony of life! He was the only one I know that could make you laugh and cry at the same time. His range was boundless. He played our heartstrings like a puppeteer would a marionette. He was a " Comedic Quasar " burning bright; showering the universe with his brilliance. Thank you Robin; for sharing your gift with us all...you are truly missed. Your energy lives on!

@@homer1738 Thank you Homer - I like to talk about things that move me - I found out that Robin grew up just miles away from my hometown and I never even knew we were neighbors! How crazy is that? Robin was awesome and deserves to be spoken about like no other

One of the most brilliant comic geniuses ever. There will never be another Robin Williams. On a side note, I realized that the band plays a section of Weather Report's Birdland during the outro starting at 7:42.

Did Robin Williams enter into the same Witness Protection Program as Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston, and Elvis? Maybe…no matter what, now is the time for each person to ponder this question. What would I do if confronted with demonic evil unlike anything the average man has ever seen? If offered enough “stuff,” would I step into it or walk away. What would you do? BTW: Who else do you think decided to go into the same Witness Protection Program? Here’s a guess: “Princess Diana?” Who else may have needed an escape route?” There are others…wait and see! Are you starting to get the feeling that this story may be but a small part of the greatest story on Earth?

I would be super anxious to have such an open confrontation with someone. I can't handle that. When the other person is being too something and i would have to say something rough.

Can't be Sunset... Place is huge!
@RawloftheDead2 жыл бұрын
Its the main stage downstairs at the comedy store. I went to see George Lopez at this main stage years ago. Then the other one is the smaller one when you first walk in .
@pops83692 жыл бұрын
I've been to the Comedy Store on Sunset in all three rooms and it's not even close to this big. Main room may seat 200 people. This has to be a special filmed elsewhere in tribute to the anniversary. Too large. WAY too large
@pops83692 жыл бұрын
@@RawloftheDead No - you're mistsken. The Store is no where near this size. There's a recent video of Iliza Schleshinger on the Comedy Store's KZbin channel doing a tour of all three rooms and they're very small. This is a large auditorium made to look like the main room at the Store in honor of the 15th anniversary
