Flushing of the Air Conditioning Service Unit

i need your help, im kinda having a hard time fixing my ac system after compressor failure, i cleaned the pipes changed the condenser changed the compressor and i wanted to change the expansion valve anyway since im going to remove it to clean the evaporator, but the bolts got stripped and now i can’t remove the expansion valve to clean the evaporator nor to change the expansion valve ( it’s working fine i just wanted to change it since im changing everything else ) is it necessary to clean the evaporator ? and if yes is there a way to clean it without removing the expansion valve? ( 2009 toyota camry with clutchless compressor) the condenser i removed got a filter in it btw just like any other modern ac systems
