Both RH and Fidelity have really had no security problems with their products so far. I'd expect that to continue with these.

Robinhood just bumped it to 4.9%. How does that change things?

It pushes them further ahead from Fidelity, which is at around 4.7% interest. Not quite enough in my mind to surpass Fidelity on the overall score sheet, but depending on what you care most about with this card, it may make the difference for you. Almost 5% interest is crazy.

is the 10 cents back on each transaction still around with the fidelity bloom card? i heard it changed. and is the match only limited to $30 per year for that $300? is reward earning for that 10c per transaction unlimited?

The 10¢ on each transaction is still there. The match is 5% limited to $15 on $300. 15 transactions per month limit.
