Okay Will, here's the scoop and this is what I've figured out. You're a man that's very detailed with your work and you have a lot of pride in your work. You're also talented to be able to explain in detail every step of what you're doing which makes you a great teacher. Also, I appreciate you for taking time out of your busy schedule to show the world your talents where others can learn from you. Thank you Will for all of your contributions as I'm sure everyone else feels the same.

The thing I like the best about this video is that you go over the torque specs and socket sizes for everything, including the lug nuts. As long as everything shows up today, I should be attempting this tomorrow.

Yes, that's what I like about this video that Will did. I noticed all the things that he was pointing out about uneven brake pad wear and why. The small things that he mentioned such as chocking the wheels that a beginner may not know. Pretty damn good video, I must say!

Excellent demo. Seems like you covered all the bases. You had me going with the BFH. I envisioned some kind of special puller called a BFH. Even after I saw the sledge.... Took a little while for the acronym to settle in. Big F.... Hammer. Okay well glad you keep the demo clean.

Great videos Will! They just keep getting better, torque specs throughout, pumping the brake pedal reminder, why the pads wear at different rates and what to do about it, chocking the wheels to avoid a potential disaster, illustrating how to gain leverage with a "cheater wrench." Just a Great Job!! (We are running out of excuses, if we've watched your videos!)

Great new video. Just did the brakes on my Girl's '08 Jeep Wrangler. More or less the same set up, but they were original pads and rotors. So nice to work on new(er) stuff eh? I cracked up when you said BFH. Very informative, I liked that you gave all the torque specs.

Please, wear a mask. Brake dust can be harmful, as well as other fumes from brake cleaner. What I do is to use a regular electric fan from the house, put it inside a cardboard box, open a hole in the back of the cardboard box, and connect a cheap 6-inch round home A/C flexible duct. The fan basically extracts the fumes, and helps me with breathing uncontaminated air.

CRC has been pretty good so far i use it often and have found it holds up well between services, im not promoting it at all just my experience, im not partial from one to the other as long as it holds up im good with it, notice how caked and dried out the grease was when i pulled it apart, not good, when this one comes around again im sure it will be free and look like we just applied it, its made for these condition and is fumed silica based, used on the complete job,

Love to know what point you are using to jack up the front, manufacturer says that is NOT recommended. The caliper bolts are 14mm, caliper bracket bolts are 18mm. Caliper bolt torque is 32 ft. lbs. Caliper bracket is 80 ft. lbs.

when you do this you don't have to take off break fluid cap up top when compressing break caliper piston in? And no bleeding the breaks after? just making sure before i do this. I was taught way different yrs ago on older cars.... Thanks for making the video also.

Do you use that same brake and caliper grease on the sliders? I've been using silicone paste, mainly because that's what Ericthecarguy uses. But on the can there is no mention of properties at the kind of high temperatures you see in a brake caliper....

Hey Will, almost forgot to ask you this question. In the old days which is where I'm from, everything was using brake lube as you've shown. Nowadays, I hear more about lubing the caliber pins with silicone paste. Even some of the new calipers comes with silicone paste on them. What's your thoughts about this type of lube for the pins. Thanks Will!

now I see why mechanics charge an arm and a leg.. I'm tuff; but I need a professional with the proper tools for this kinda stuff... I have a 2008 D.A.. and recently making noise; took it to a mechanice; he looked at it .. my rotors are new and he said the pads are fairly new (I just bought it last month form a dealer) they didn't mention this to me.. and he said new stuff will make some noise it will either go away or live with it.. I just don't wanna crash lol
