Still sound kind of stuffy. Try Normal Saline nose spray. Unless you have pneumonia I see a lot if coughing caused by sinus drainage. Yes thats what I said. NS spray has been a life changer. Cough for about 10 minutes after loosening sinus mucus then cough is gone for about 10 hours.
