You have to have last year's April fool's badge to get it. Sadly you can't get it anymore but you can get the new badge you just have to wait until 2024 April fool's to actually get the skin.

@@Cartoon_OOF1337 the pizza badge from last year gave the Sam April fools skin that is shown in this video. The “first day of April” badge which was 2 years ago gave the Crustification skin. Now both of those skins and badges are gonna be unobtainable forever, but this new “Party Time” badge that just came out is still obtainable for a few days. After a year, it will give a different skin if you have it. I hole this helped.
