I can understand why the Billy bundle was wiped out, but I think that bundle can be used as an avatar exploit in certain games like in Murderers vs Sheriffs. It makes it difficult for a person to kill someone wearing the Billy bundle due to how skinny they are, also similar to the small gnome avatars that people use in MM2. (Call this an L opinion all you want, but it is truly game breaking.)
