Roblox | Bloxburg | Budget Build | Modern House

Hey Guys! This is a 10k Modern House! I wasn't able to furnish it in order to make it 10k otherwise it would most likely be 20k (I seem to be really expensive when furnishing) This build took me out of my comfort zone as I'm not one to build modern, I prefer traditional or colonial. You have to switch off Automatic Placing in the bottom left corner.

Ion Prime place a fence and then place stairs delete the fenxe and build a wall only short so you can walk under
