There is stuff like SoundService.RespectFilteringEnabled or syncing music by RemoteEvent but then again, they probably will not make UGC music pass client-server boundary, especially ones that aren't added by the place owner

This seems really cool, but I think most of the charm people had with boomboxes was that you could use them in any game that either has them free or gamepass, and being able to share audios of memes with others. As a music enjoyer, I really do like that Roblox still cares about music in their games... but as a PC user, I might as well just be using KZbin, especially as the songs I like are less known. It does the same thing. If you can't hear each other's music in-game, then it's literally just Spotify, which in turn is just KZbin with loads of ads.

The issue with the audio update is you cant use global audios from soundtracks or sound effects like engine sounds, if they had more features for copyright detection the audio update would never come out
