Yes there is for example variable 1 is named var1 and variable 2 is named var2 you set var1 to 2 then make a condition gate checking if var1 is 2 if it is then it sets var2 to 3. you can do the same with any variable and any number.

put a condition gate that connects to input2 of an XOR and the input 1 will be a lever/any source of energy, the output of the XOR will be a variable gate to increment
