I think the story is about a lonely guy who buys things online to keep himself entertained but because of his loneliness he starts to get paranoid because of the news he sees online, until he buys everything to protect himself even checking the closets constantly until he can’t handle the stress and he uses his weapon on himself. Also his loneliness could’ve been the reason he’s scared, maybe no one was even there it was all in his mind because he has no one else to talk to. Idk it’s just a guess

I feel he’s not alone, it’s more of government notifications and the mysterious person who messages him, which ending up acting as his guardian, I expected the blacked out image to be a cross or a crucifix for a monster , but it’s actually a gun, he probably bought it because it was the last thing that could defend him, and he must have killed himself out of driving himself mad and thinking someone would break into his home

Trying to not let his mental health go down , he buys some stuff online with his computer for his entertainment. After trying a lot of times , he gets a emergency alert got sick of it and killed himself with a gun he bought online.

I think the story is, jim accidently wake up at night because he thinks about theres something is inside the closets and go to sleep, and after wake up many times, hes tv turn on and the warning on the tv that making loud sounds make him scared and feels the entity gonna get in his house and killed him. He also want to decide, to fight the entity or getting eaten by the entity, he decide to fight the entity, but hes too scared to fight the entity that make him to decide end himself more than getting eaten. Bonus: jim's is easily getting scared of things because he is alone in his house and no one gonna protect him.
