Probably has a program that scans the internet for information and stuff like 10k sites scanned through per second. I'd bet that's how even though in order to do that the def would have had to talk to ROBLOX himself for permission. If I am right about how it knows everything then I highly doubt that Spoon didn't get permission from ROBLOX himself way prior to making it. If he did it without permission that could have a big impact on the entire Roblox comunity. It could get sued for things that happen and for what it says. If it got sued, it'd possible get roblox temporarily banned while they have to go to court and try to safe everything.
