In the secret rooms, there's a small chance an entity will spawn in each room, right as you enter it. (No need to wait just for an entity to spawn, should be instant once you enter the secret room.) To know if an entity spawn, there will be a sound that will play once you enter the secret room. The entities are pretty much pets. Entities give you stats to increase the number of wins, every time you beat a chapter. (Mainly for leaderboard stuff.)
