one question: if ur in a private server, will it take longer for the npc s to spawn? or the same as in a public server? someone told me that the more people there are, the more chance the npc s will spawn, is it true?

He's not that rare boots spawns three times and then the fourth is kal and it repeats btw

that's not the exact order bc boots spawns every 30-40 minutes while kal spawns every 2-2.5 hours. But technically yes
