so if its for admins only does that mean players can only fight rob when an admin is in game and spawns him?(not annoyed just asking how rob works)

earlier this week we added a 1/300 chance that rob mode will activate in a normal server without admins activating rob manually upon this happening you'll get a rob badge so yeah
