I remember joining late 2015. All i played was those cheap obbies and meepcity (when it came out) at the time, until other games began to get more popular and flashy. It was then when I finally experienced all the great things that happened later on with everyone else.

I was literally 5 when I joined Roblox. Im glad for my parents letting me have access to the internet at a young age or otherwise I wouldn’t have had the chance to have this amazing experience. I may have not savoured it since I was only a young child, but I love having the opportunity to look back and feel all the nostalgia. So, thank you old Roblox community. I’ll see you again when we’re all adults.

Old Roblox rpgs were goated. The skeleton sword one, the dragon one and a lot of others. They were basically simulator games with the depth of horror games and replay ability of fighting games.

2017 was the best year on Roblox for me. Sure these current days may have new games that are better than the ones from the old days, but those old games have that feeling. Like joining the 1st game you ever played on Roblox. This is especially the case since my account turned 5 the other day. My favourite game back in the day would have to be Prison Life. 2019 ruined a lot of things for me. People were still talking about Brick Bronze, slenders and copy-pastes were hardly a trend. Then games like Adopt Me dominated 2020. Back to Prison Life, the thrill I used to get from barely escaping the guards, to jumping around, dodging bullets. The game has been ruined by exploiters. You can barely find a server without an exploiter, which really makes me sad. Another classic game back in the day I remember was RHS (Roblox High School) I remember 'getting everything for free' by editing the house, putting all the expensive things in it, and not finishing editing it. Even though RHS 2 is out, the OG RHS will always hold a special place in my heart. The closest you can get to the old Roblox layout is with the MS store Roblox client. It at least has the classic blue banner with white icons. Although some things made Roblox better, like the future is bright update. Back in early-mid 2021, Robloxian High School was at it's peak to me. You had people actually roleplaying. But now if you check at it, barely any servers have this. I also remember Galleons, a pirate game where 2 ships battle it out, get treasure, you know the drill. I remember always going for the best cannon ball as soon as I join, then voting myself as captain. Oh the days... I could write more, but this comment is already long enough.

One of the things I most vividly remember though, is playing around in undertale rp games, exclusively to read the chat. Funnily enough I still do that. I just love reading people do their silly rp's... oh of course don't forget that one weird ahh game like- vampire survivors i think? and i remember i played psychocats a lot for some reason. weird games. EDIT: I JUST SAW WCUE IN THE 2021 PART AND I AM SO HAPPY. ok sorry it's just i've spent all of my money into that game- gosh and world zero too.. .cook burgers :)

I actually joined in 2017 on a whim and I fell in LOVE with it. Now that it's officially been 5 years since I started playing, things have started getting boring. Whether that be all the drama Roblox associates with themselves in or the fact that the games themselves have become bland. I used to call my friends just so we could play the OG games like Pokémon Brick Bronze (RIP) or Phantom Forces. I know everyone else is saying this but that spark of creativity that was on the app has completely dissipated.

I joined on 13-04-2019 (was my mom's birthday, can't even remember if we celebrated) and in the beginning I just played Mega Fun Obby for weeks or month. Then I began playing other games like JailBreak and Shard Seekers and then, I think somewhere around 2020-2021 I just played Mafia (that one small game that was so unpopular you'd struggle having enough players for one round without other servers to join) the whole time. And now I'm playing Creatures of Sonaria, Adopt Me (just because of daily log in and because the red fox finally got added), Warrior Cats Ultimate Edition, Treasure Hunt Simulator (just found that game again a week ago, hadn't played it in over a year) and Treacherous Tower (the game I played because I hated Tower of Hell when I first tried it out)

Man, I miss 2015-17. Pokemon games always on the front page, things other than anime eye-candy and samey pet-gacha simulators, slightly better KZbin scene, even the "trendy" avatars were better lol. I do have some things I prefer about modern Roblox (UGC, you can actually search for clothes in the catalog without getting hit by reuploaded word-spam, etc.) but I do certainly miss the era of Roblox I spent most of my time as a kid in.

In my opinion 2020 was the worst year due to alot of design changes that weren't necessary. Anime games Becoming the only thing you could play and generally just the game becoming more uh depressing. And for the best year I would say 2016-2017 Because of the simplicity of the games then.

I joined in 2016 those were the best years, in 2016 (I was only 6 years old) I would play games like Epic Minigames, Work at a Pizza Place, and Flood Escape. I would mostly play Epic Minigames from 2016-2019 as I loved the games. Then in year 2017 I was more interested in murder mystery two and super block ball. And I played sbb from 2017-2018 easily my favorite game when I was 7 years old. And Murder Mystery 2 from 2017-2020 I didn’t get really in to it until 2018-2019 just to fun in the 3rd grade. 2018 was the year I played Natural Disasters and Speeding Wall, I loved playing Natural Disasters as I loved the Snow Storms, Tsunamis, and tornadoes. I played from 2018-2021, and Speeding Wall I loved the energy drinks especially, It was my favorite game for 3 weeks played from 2018 to early 2019. 2019-2020 I stopped playing. 2020 I played mostly simulators, lifting sim, legends of speed, and obbys still play lifting sim and obbys, I stopped playing legends of speed this year or taking a break from it you can say. 2021 lifting simulator and piggy. I was never into adopt me and meepcity. And 2022 I play slap battles, blox fruits, and anime dimensions simulator.

I didn't really start in 2020, but I did get BACK into roblox around then. And the game I played most then got some updates, and the worlds looked better, but the grind got longer and harder, without providing any interesting gameplay, and they also limited PVP to duels, which other players have to accept, and the players rarely accept them. So more grinding without anything else to do in the game. But it's more popular now so I guess it was a good move... (Talking about a game called dragon adventures btw)

It was a wooden area and depending on how much levels you got from killing enemies more portals you got to go through one of the levels I remember, was like a shadow where I had to find a giant eye on a monster of the giant green eyeball and if I remember correctly the only weapon available was a sword and maybe a gun

I've played roblox since i was 6 or 7 years old or a little bit younger, but I played as a guest. When I was about 9 years old I made a account officially which was in 2015 when I made my first account called 'Freder1' now I've seen every change to roblox. I miss the old roblox honestly.

Man im so happy because i joined roblox in 2017 and the first game i played was mcdonalds tycoon, i really don't know why, but 2017 and 2018 were my best years in roblox, because today i don't have literally anything to do in roblox.

I joined in 2015 when my friend introduced me to it we used to play in her basement and I would play on her other phone as I didn't own one at the time XD and I had my own roblox acc on that phone, whenever I came to her house we would just run downstairs and start playing roblox in her room it was so fun and then she moved sadly. But I will never forget her as she taught me everything about roblox an dthat is why I play it to this day. If it weren't for her I wouldn't know what roblox was.

Oh god. I remember guest accounts and they were removed around 2016, but I started playing (on guest) in 2015. My oldest account was made is 2018

Does anyone like me want 2017 back!? I miss those days, I always played mining simulator and shark bite. Yeah, unfortunately, my accounts from 2017 and 2018 was hacked by a toxic people... But I rejoined in 2020 with my new account, and immediately was disgusted at the sight of what has it become. Fyi, my second account was hacked in 2019 and I quit on that. I took a break for a year. The account was made in 2018 or something, I believe I have a video of it on my KZbin channel, I always go there and rewatch my old videos for memories. I also always play survive and kill the killers in area 51.

I played in 2018,but made my account on 2019.The games were really fun I loved mad city a lot and meep city wasn’t that bad at the time.They we’re the best days.personally I think the best year is 2016.

i remember alot of these games and i really joined roblox in 2016 but my account got hacked and i made a new one now it says i joined in 2020 also alot of the old games like mm2 i still play to this day.
