IS IT NOW possible to get the third upgrade only on normal difficulty. Bloxxer difficulty won’t let you get the third upgrade still.

Can you elaborate a bit further on Sagat's barrage attack's timing? Is it no longer a "spam like your life depends on it" competition?

You can still parry spam for this attack at 6:07. But there is a brief interval if you parry and miss where you are vulnerable so you can't spam at 4:49.

Fun fact: You can use the sword on sagat but it is risky and does literally no damage, it just stuns him for a split second

You need to spam shoot at the big attack at the end. You dont need to parry it
