Roblox is HURTING Area 51 | The Fall of R6

One of the reasons Roblox is shutting down R6 is apparently because less people are using it (After forcing old, inactive accounts to use R15)

Homer could try to recreate the R6 movements and such in R15. It'll probably be super complicated, and break some features in the game but it could work. It would definitely make most of us really happy to see Homer putting such effort into re-coding the structure of the entire game. Roblox is really trying everything in their power to screw over old games :/

They did that, I was in a testing server and the animations are the same as R6 but with R15 body type, only the killers have R15 animations but it is different depending on the killer, example: Captain Zombie with a pirate animation because he's a pirate

Yeah, well the problem is R6 won't be fixed if it breaks now, so most games have to switch if they don't want bugs :(

thats just stupid tbh. i cant believe roblox is doing everything they can to [FRIENDLY WORD] us over. with all the animation styles except for oldschool, its gonna make your legs look super goofy while holding a gun because the other half of the animation isnt there. And oldschool animation is gonna be even worse bc it does that stupid thing where it make every inventory item one handed and hang by your side. and also, thats not even it. you know those 3d close that they released a good bit ago? you can compile them all on one avatar and make it big enough to take up the space that like 20 normal r6 avatars could take up to block peoples vision, up to covering the ENTIRE [FRIENDLY WORD] MAP. so trolls can do something so simple to make certain servers unplayable.

But the thing is that it’s not about nostalgia, it’s about how R15 will impact gameplay permanently. R6 hitboxes in general are much better than R15, and R15 will allow mini avatars and all sorts of UGC. I do think though that for a classic Roblox game, nostalgia for older times is going to disappear.

VIP commands are the only commands and it’s only in VIP servers currently. You can do /music with an ID I think, which can play music
