I actually startrd, or at least helped start, the bots getting banned because I actually reported them. You can also see that the bots have a different avatar on the leaderboard icon, which lead me to hypothesize that they used exploits to change their avatar.

There are even some that walk around and get up in your face. I recently had a creepy encounter with one of those. Basically one come up to me and they told me to give them all my money so they could kill a dragon. The creepy thing is that I was using a dragon avatar at the time, and that really freaked me out. Other players saw that, and some said that the bot made a death threat against me. I agreed with that statement before quickly leaving the game
