Curse toolbag should of just been a really rare item you could find on the map that would spawn randomly tbh and not behind a 20 dollar paywall. And heavenly restriction should of just been attainable by spins or attainable by doing quest by given by an npc. Toji is like my top favorite jjk character and I would of most likely grinded to get his moves.

The devs said that they are planning to make heavenly restrction free at some point, just that you can only use it on one slot. where as with the game pass u can use it on any slot hr is really good for pvp but not so much pve. Personally, i would wait till u can get it for free as there are better stuff u can buy if you havent already (Innate slot 3 + 4, skip spins, innate bag)
