Jared Valdez, this lawsuit seems to be invalid to reach the courts, most of the claims seem to be invalid and innaccurate, also you may have forgot, Roblox's TOS states that any dispute must be settled in arbitration if you sign up to make an account.

Jared it’s time to move on, I’m 20 now and I forgot Roblox even existed. I used to play it when you, Julius, jombomboZ, Janlari were all big names. You don’t see any of those three even mentioning Roblox anymore because they’ve all moved onto bigger things in real life. I feel like you’re holding onto or trying to cling to something that has been faded and gone away for so many years now and instead of moving forward you’re just going back, and I think you ought to really forget about Roblox and stop associating with them. You don’t want to be known globally as that guy who plays Roblox. You want to be known as someone who Is an entrepreneur or something bigger and more professional. I like you Jared and a lot of my childhood memories of being on Roblox do involve a lot of the games you had up n running at the time. But this was so so long ago. I honestly don’t know why even CloneTrooper1019 is still actively participating in this game.. way too old. I’m not here to tell you what and what not to do but I just don’t want to see you keep running back to something that’s dead and has been dead for almost 10 years now

As another comment said, you're clinging onto this for FAR too long, and to go as far as to sue roblox over something that happened over 10 years ago now would be stupid, because they terminated you for valid reasons. Stealing games, buying obc on your moms credit card, and threatening users beccause they didn't sell you their games, buying limiteds with USD (probably from black markets). They had every right to ban you, you should just take the loss, work on your game that you said you're making.
