( 16:55 ) I’m pretty sure (but not positive) that analyzing this later, the growth position of the spook pushed or welded with the rock in such a way that it triggered a movement detection and kept deleting it. I have to say this is one of the best finds I’ve ever seen.

Regarding you question about if anyone has ever found a spook tree inside the swamp tunnel, the answer is probably no. This is a quote from one of Electro Technologies video: "When actually spawning in a tree the server will first send down a raycast from the raycast ceiling located 100 studs above the volcano to check if an area is unobstructed. Parts with can-collide turned off do not get impacted by the raycast allowing for spawning in weird places such as underneath the volcano's lava. Rarely trees can grow into or thought can-collide True parts if the sapling is obstructed at initial placement."

spook trees cant spawn under or in parts, it checks with a raycast all the way up to above the volcano and doesn't spawn if there is something in the way

Same with growing, tried hiding a spook sapling under a flipped truck and it despawned cuz the raycast hit the truck even after it started growing

i was listening to this in the background while hunting myself, and i found a really big spook on one of the islands in the ocean. I was able to get there by doing a car fling but i couldnt get the wood back to the land

yes, BUT if you watch, it goes: Black particles for the start (like we are cutting bark) then transitions to orange (like we are cutting the middle) then BACK to black, as if we had gone through and we are now hitting the bark on the other side. I didn't realize he had programmed in "logic" for where the cut was through the tree. crazy.

Don’t know if you got the full tree sawmilled but if the biggest part don’t fit, chop it in half n see if it fits that way. The glitch where you move your sawmill then put the wood where it was then cancel moving your sawmill doesn’t work for large spook for some reason

I'm so shocked how you could hunt for spook wood. I tried like 4 different times going through small servers but the problem is, other people were doing the same so im essentially COMPETING to get the one possible spook wood and I hate it so much 😭 I've been in 3 encounters of racing someone and every time, my blood pressure raises so high and my heart throbs to the point I hear it and shaking my desk slightly 😭😭😭 man you make it look so easy ❤❤❤
