I miss old meepcity. When i caught fish to buy things for my meep and upgrade my house. I had an orange baby meep. Roleplays were fun and not toxic. No oders. Just meeps. Nowadays, there are just a few people who still have meeps. When did all gone wrong? I really agree with you. I'm sick of kids saying that ROBLOX is "cringe" just because of tik tok(ragdoll) you know? Roblox players from 2019-20 are extremely rude in my experience, especially in ragdoll. That's why I don't join ragdoll anymore or any other 2020/21 games. I miss being young playing meepcity and other games with my cousins and friends. Just a few minutes ago I played a late popular game called "Work at a pizza place". I wanted to bring some nostalgia back since it was also midnight. It was only me and another person working there. (I dressed up my avatar to the original typical roblox avatar) I should feel lucky because she didn't do any drama or anything, we just cooperated about when we go get the supplies, do delivery, cook, or work by the cashier. When I was about to leave I thanked her for her time, she said the same and we said our farewell. Now at school people joke about roblox being cringe when they haven't even experienced the true adventure in the game! Man I will always have 2015-2017 meepcity in my heart. Will miss ya

Im an old player! Ever since 2015. the old Roblox was so much better compared to now, less issues- no scammers, very few hackers, but now its just infested with toxic people and it seems as if Roblox changed in some of the worst ways i miss the old Roblox and the old games, they were so much more fun compared to now. Roblox removed all their songs too, (ik it’s cause of copyright but still 😢) A lot of people played inappropriate stuff but back then, all people used to play on boomboxes was meme music (like it’s raining tacos etc) and summer/trend songs. Also I hate how Roblox changed the clothing. I get that people are now able to make their own hair, faces etc but at this point it’s not even Roblox anymore…I miss the old avatars so much… Idk why I’m ranting but yk, I played since 2015 too and it’s just sad to see something you enjoy change so much from what it used to be.

I also remember that me and my sister used to play this and roleplay, we went to school, went to parties, to get ice cream, we both visited each other's houses... I miss old Meep city. Back when everyone had Meep's, when roleplaying was fun. Nowadays nobody has a Meep, over 60% of most servers are filled with Slender's or people using headless. So this music really hits hard.

I remember playing this back when i joined in 2017, the game back then had a more respectable community, despite it being the hotspot for most oders, and the whole controversy on oders and stuff. The game now, as of today as I am typing this, the game has been shutdown (most likely temporarily). and to be fair, it kinda deserved it, since the parties in the game is so easily exploited, with people making it inappropriate, and the community being toxic. Alexnewtron might finally be addressing this problem, and I'd say the problem with the parties, and the shutdown of meepcity was like years in the making. And it finally happened. It was a good game, and hopefully alexnewtron could make the game more better than it is now.

The music, the buildings, the tiny people around, feel a bit of nostalgia for me. The people were just there walking around, fishing and I even see some of them going to little building caves to have a fun time at cafes, or just finishing building their house. Also I noticed one person bought a meep for probably 500 meepcoins, which means that meeps were probably the best of all time before.
