It's odd to see this style of editing on a roblox video. This is one of those videos you just dont want to end. Im kinda sad he only mentioned individual myths and no group myths like amazook and the days union, though. Also, I personally think an even bigger reason myths died is that they just aren't scary anymore, and likely never will be. When they first started, they felt like there was something actually mysterious going on because they were relatively unknown and tried to feel connected to the real world. Slowly though, they evolved into their own stories that took place in their own universes within roblox rather than being like an arg, where there was a possibility that it was real. Arguably, the smiles family was less of a myth than rust 010 because it was its own universe that obviously wasn't at all connected to reality. Plus, it eventual became common knowledge that myths are just regular people cosplaying as someone spooky and not actual mysterious figures. Ive even met myths who openly talk on their myth acount completely out of character. Even if a myth more intertwined with reality comes along, nowadays we will consciously recognize it's just a dude pretending.

I finally got to this vid, i am glad you shed light on the myth community, I recently started a small one (Not very complete but its looking good so far just need a better game and plan for plot) Edit: just finished, this is a masterpiece. one of my favorite pixelpug videos now. spoilers ahead! The twist of file manager being Adam is very well played out, i also really liked your live action recreations of a few myths! The coma ending is a little on the nose but works well considering how this video goes very eerie feeling. also as of typing this im wondering, since we are seeing adam's mind who are we? it seems almost as if we hijacked his mind and hes talking to us unknowing we are hijacking him. (maybe this was explained but my brain thinks of weird things)

Thank you!! I’m absolutely up for theories but my intentions were the person on the computer (the viewer) is also adam, as well as the rest of the characters who appear in the video. This is all parts of adam’s mind interacting with one another to recollect memories and remember who he is after the accident wiped it all out. So the viewer is just another part of adam interacting with himself trying to remember. You can see this when the “Who are you?” at the end changes to “Who am I?”

I was part of the Roblox Myth community as a Medical and Security person, I had quit due to having more things to do in life and not having the patience nor time to spend 2 REAL LIFE HOURS in a game. I left medical first when I couldn't mentally handle being a "therapist" for others as it tore me apart. And felt like I had no purpose so I shifted to security which I loved for the parkour we did being the most advanced I've ever known. But as time went on and less people where on I quit to live on with my life as I'm not sure when I found out about the owner's bads. But I feel icky knowing I had looked up to him at one point as I was young, and he was so "friendly." I am glad to not been a victim of his poison, but I still feel so gross that I had once drawn art of his character cause I thought he was a good person.

the production for these mini-docs have improved so much since the rbb video. don't get me wrong that video and the ones that came after were amazing, and the production quality was really good compared to most videos (especially Roblox ones) on KZbin, but I feel every video the editing, pacing, scripting, acting, and music placement gradually improved and its really cool to see how much the production has evolved in the last (almost) 2 years. keep up the great work! this video was peak.

51:11 the morgenne photo hit the hardest for me (image next to "redacted" title). I gained a huge interest in the myth during 2019-2022 and I would get so hyped whenever they posted something on their KZbin channel or twitter related to the games or lore. I was in the official group and discord and I wanted friends that knew the myth to info dump, but before I could do that the owner got exposed. Yes I read the document. I'm so fucking disappointed they turned out to be an awful person dude. I depended on them☹️
