The mushroom cave has 4 entrances to my knowledge, its not just that area. Willow is in the flowering meadows and in the river-jungle area.

hey i noticed you were only looking for the magma trees that spawned by themselves, but there is a spawn for tons of them at the top of the lava waterfall that you can drive to. Hope this helps!

And also for the plek wood, you can find different entrances to the river cave by blowing them up. Theres one where the blue pine is and one in the direction you went for the acidlands on the ride side of the road you went up.

Pinetrees may be more expensive but price of something doesnt always say if it's efficient or not since purple cactus is easier to load onto trucks and it's not microscopic pieces of wood
