Tier 1 here and I have a question for when I Eval in tier 2. I didn't make a dizzy account just yet so is there an appropriate way to join a trainer in a game because I don't want to barge in and say "Eval me now!1!1!!!1!1!1!1!" or is there some way to make sure you will meet a trainer in game?
