Despite what the description says the voiceline is different. However undocumented by the pc2 wiki I think I figured out what he says. Bx's voiceline at the start of a match during the into cutscene is "You cant escape me." and his charging demise move is a lower pitch slower version of his iconic laugh from mario 64. His pow hop I believe is silent execpt for a slight woosh noise you can hear. His idle is a deeper breathing than normal Mx's but similar. Hope that clears up what he says.
