Blitz jumpscare seem to look like a camera recording slowed down to capture the only frames blitz is seen, going frame by frame like someone was investigating the footage, problem was that people think its just a rush jumpscare knockoff. I think they need to add some sort of motion blur when Blitz is really close to you,and add some camera snapping sound effect every frame to give the idea to the player.

No,beacuse its a slow motion before the player death (in a very very slow).Blizt coming perframes is the slow motion so make the death cool

No, you can't even move, the jumpscare is basically the player's perspective as blitz charges towards them, but slowed down to the point he's actually visible, so if it makes blitz seem to go slower than the player, fat chance the player's going to do much before the gaping jaws of death swallows them whole
