The game isn't too hard as long as you know what you're doing. Your stamina (the red bar) is what lets you block, so attacking is the default best block to a attack, and blocking is mostly used either to block or just regen stamina in a fight. The blue bar is force, which usually works when a opponent has smoke coming off of them. Attacking is the best defense and offense, but if you are lower than 3-4 stamina, depending on which style your opponent is using, they will kill you. It is possible to change keybinds if you actually go check the image next to leaderboard, which helps show what does what. I know this is long, but your opinion about the game is very wrong. It is fun, if you give it the time and try to enjoy it. Try doing 1v1 duels by challenge next (Look at the keybind for it)

Here is a tip: if you want to be defensive then use form IV but if you want strength use Form VII. If you want a bit of both use Form V
