Also, you need to get a quest to be able to pick up the eggs. You get the quest from a girl sitting on a bench (forgot her name). You then collect all the eggs and get a reward, a luck boost that lasts for the whole event. Haste and speed potions decrease the roll cooldown and roll time. If you need anymore info, ask me.
