If you get a rarity with a breakthrough text below it, it means that you have gotten a rarity thats not supposed to be in the weather your currently in. (Yes. Weather matters.) Example if you get wind and its not windy , its supposed to be 300 rng in windy weather but in other ones, it 10x rng itself and makes it 3k. Hope this helped! (I suck at explaining)
